During Quick Dash Term we aim to develop sprinting skills in our swimmers. The fastest times for each squad level in all four strokes are recorded on our "Quick Dash" boards on pool deck in the squad swimmers area. Most swimmers have a strength in one area of swimming, this term encourages development in all areas, but highlights their strengths and helps to develop strong self esteem.

The final term of the year culminates with “Games Day” at the end of the term. On Games Day the swimmers compete in their squad teams in various games and events. The winner of the term is announced at the end of the day. .
